There is already looking like a small pack of sides who are breaking away from the rest at the top of the Premier League. Of course, you can’t win a league title within the first few months of a season, but you can certainly lose one. Should Manchester United lose this weekend then it leaves them a huge distance away from the leaders. The three at the top are Arsenal, Chelsea and Liverpool, and it’s the former two that the Express are linking with Hellas Verona star Jorginho. But where would he fit in?

Despite Arsene Wenger’s Arsenal squad containing five Frenchmen, as well as Franis Coquelin who is out on loan, long gone are the days that the north London side are referred to, or even joked about being the French national side. However, with the rise of German football it seems Wenger is jumping on the bandwagon, as he now six Germans operating throughout his side.
