German newspaper TZ reports that the Gunners will have to part with at least £13million for Freiburg’s 25-year-old striker Papiss Demba Cisse.
The Senegalese striker has been in fine form this term, notching up 20 goals in 28 appearances and has been linked with fellow Germany club Bayern Munich.
