City plan audacious move for Ronaldo

The Mirror reports that City are ready to smash the world record to bring the former United man to the Eastlands.

City has just secured a Champions League spot and will look for marquees signing to kick off their campaign next year as they battle it out with Europe’s elite.

Harry Redknapp suggested big names players are on the way to the Eastlands earlier on in the month; he said “They’re probably going to spend another £200million this summer.”

“They tell me they’ve got one or two players signed already who’ll blow your brains out. They’re not going to stop until they win the championship, then the Champions League, and I can see them doing it.”

Ronaldo who netted hit 51 goals this season equalling Ferenc Puskas’ 50 year old record. With only a game to go in La Liga, the Portuguese winker is set for yet another record breaking season.
