Arsenal and Chelsea in for new Chicharito

Antonio Michael Pedroza Whitham has been dubbed the new Chicharito and is being chased by Premiership due, Arsenal and Chelsea.

The English born striker has bagged 10 goals in 12 games for Mexico side Jaguares which has alerted clubs across Europe. The 20-year old has 6 caps at U21 level for Mexico netting an impressive 7 goals.

The Chester born forward said “My dad is Mexican, my mother, English. I was born in England, but I came to Mexico when I was a boy. I feel very Mexican,” he said.

“I love Mexico for the time I have spent here, but if I don’t have an opportunity to represent Mexico I would accept the opportunity to play for England.”
