Steve is Kean on Dos Santos but will he get the time to get him

What do you do if you’re the manager of a side in the relegation zone of the Premiership, everyone thinks your certain for the drop and your owns fans hire aeroplanes to show how much they dislike you?

Well you turn to Barcelona of course.

Poor old Steve Kean eh? It seems he can’t do anything right at the moment.

Just when he thinks he’s safe from angry supporters who want him sacked after the club impose a ban on any anti-Kean banners, those dastardly Rovers followers decide to hire a plane to fly over Ewood Park during Saturday’s 1-0 defeat to Chelsea, with a message that reads ‘Steve Kean Out’.

Sneaky!

Although it would be harsh to say all fans are against Kean.

After all, I imagine either one particularly wealthy supporter or maybe a small group of averagely well-off people would have paid to rent out both a pilot and his plane.

Anyway, whilst some are calling for Kean’s head, Venkys, the poultry-business driven owners of the club seem unwilling to part with their man just yet.

There will be a few who will say they are chickens for doing so, but others will just reply that that is an awful and foul joke.

In an attempt to help salvage his job and his team’s season, reports today claim that Kean will look to La Liga giants Barca for one of their academy graduates, Jonathan Dos Santos.

The 21 year-old defender, who is the younger brother of Spurs forward Giovani, is seen as the man to sure Blackburn’s leaky back-line.

Although the Spaniards rarely give the ball away long enough to be under any sort of pressure defensively anyway, so how the young Mexican gets on with his back against the wall on a cold night in Stoke remains to be seen.

But what I really want to know is, will Kean still be there in January when the transfer window re-opens to even sign Dos Santos?

Please someone, give me a sign!
