7 players Manchester United should look to offload
Here are seven players I would look to get rid of if I was David Moyes.
1) Anders Lindegaard
The goalkeeper is firmly behind David De Gea in the rankings and it is likely that he will continue to drop. David Moyes has hinted that he is looking for a new keeper to keep the Spaniard on his toes so it’s probably best to look for a new venture.
2) Anderson
The Brazilian is about as effective as his compatriot Kleberson was when he was at Old Trafford, which, if you didn’t see him in action, was nonexistent.
3) Ryan Giggs
As sad as it may sound to some, Giggs’ playing days seem as though they are up. He has looked awful when given the opportunity in the United side and it’s likely that he will proceed with his coaching career come the end of the season.
4) Ashley Young
Lightweight, flimsy and predictable are just a few adjectives that have been used to describe the winger. With young talent like Zaha and Januzaj coming through Young needs to start thinking about his next move.
5) Fabio
Unlike his brother, Fabio has made no impact at Old Trafford. With Patrice Evra on the books and interest rife in Leighton Baines it’s unlikely that Fabio will ever get his breakthrough.
6) Alexander Buttner
Which takes us onto Buttner. Another left-back who is unlikely to get much game time at the club. See above.
7) Bebe
You forgot he was still a Manchester United player, didn’t you?
