5 Premier League Players Who Would Benefit From Being Sent Out On Loan

As a continuation of my previous list, which you should work out from the title, I will look at some more players that could be on the move in January in a loan deal.

1. Kevin de Bruyne

He will almost certainly be going on loan in January after the comments made by Eden Hazard and by Jose Mourinho not really picking him to be part of the team. All that’s standing in the way of a confirmation, it seems, is a club for Chelsea to do the business with. There have been many clubs reportedly linked with the player but perhaps Chelsea are holding out for a Premier League side?

2. Ryan Bertrand

Fabio Coentrao was linked with Chelsea last week which says to me and probably everyone else that Bertrand isn’t the left-back that Jose Mourinho wants at the Blues. even a right back has covered the injured Ashley Cole. The Englishman has interest from Liverpool but they want to buy him rather than loan him, but whichever way it goes, Bertrand looks set to leave in January.

3. Massadio Haidara

Newcastle purchased this youngster in January of this year but was on the receiving end of a horror tackle in a game versus Wigan which sidelined him for a while. Since then he hasn’t really tied down a place in the team because of more injuries. However, the player returned from his most recent injury almost midway through November.

4. Yaya Sanogo

Another French youngster to arrive in the Premier League in 2013 but this time around, he arrived in the summer in a free transfer from Auxerre. He’s another player that has suffered when it comes to injuries because he’s out of action as I type this and has been since the start of September. However, he is expected to be back by the start of January, just in time to be sent on loan, especially of Arsenal bring in a new striker.

5. Ryo Miyaichi

What is it with players and horrendous injury records on this list? Miyaichi is yet another player who has had his future crippled by long terms injuries, the worst of which came when he was at Wigan. After his loan stint at Feyenoord back in 2011, people expected him to be the next big thing at the Gunners and the tabloids were ready to roll out the ‘Wenger has unearthed another gem’ banner, but injury struck him down at such a cruel point in his career. Another loan may do him good but it’s perhaps too late to save his Arsenal career.
