Wesley Sneijder
The Dutchman has been strongly linked with Manchester United in the past and could make a move in January. His current club Galatsaray hadn’t paid Sneijder’s wages for three months which led to some tension between him and the club. His agent Guido Albers recently revealed that the wages were finally paid to his client. On the other hand, Sneijder said that he won’t be leaving, “I do not have problem with Galatasaray, if there was a problem I would speak about it. I am very happy here and will not be leaving.”
However, the incident will definitely leave a scar in the player’s head which could impact his decision making if an offer from the Premier League comes in. The 30-year old joined Galatasaray for €7.5m in 2013, and with just over an year remaining on his contract, he could leave for less than that fee.
