According to Dailystar, sources in Spain suggest that Manchester United manager Louis van Gaal is hopeful and keen on signing the Welshman in spite of Bale himself has revealed that he is happy at the Santiago Bernabeu and has even ruled out a move out of an exit from Madrid this summer. Still United are willing to reserve a huge chunk of cash to do the deal to acquire Bale. It was also rumoured that Real Madrid are willing to swap a deal with Manchester United featuring David de Gea to Real Madrid.

In a recent interview Bale was asked will he move to Manchester United if he is not happy in Madrid. But he told that he is happy with Los Blancos and does not see him playing for Manchester United. He also added that “I have many more years left on my contract and I am overwhelmed by the love and support of the fans at the Bernabeu. I hope I love when we play at home. I’m having a good time, we are winning trophies and I want to continue to do this here, at Real Madrid.”

Bale was signed by Real Madrid from Tottenham Hotspur in 2013 summer window for a World record transfer fee and has been a revelation for the European Champions since then, having established a deadly partnership with fellow winger Cristiano Ronaldo and striker Karim Benzema and the trio is fondly called as BBC (Bale, Benzema and Cristiano) by the fans around the World. Since Bale arrived at Madrid, Real Madrid has won the Copa Del Rey, La Decima i.e. UEFA Champions League (Real Madrid waited for 12 years to win their tenth Champions League) and the FIFA Club World Cup as Bale scored the winner for Real Madrid in each of these competitions. Apart from these, Real Madrid also won the UEFA Super Cup last year.
