Mathieu Flamini to Leave Arsenal

According to the latest reports, Arsenal’s defensive midfielder Mathieu Flamini is all set for a silent exit from the Emirates as he is expected to sign for Ligue 1 side Bastia this summer.

After coming back from Milan, Flamini played a decent number of games for Arsenal. But with the stunning rise of Francis Coquelin,  Flamini is now  a surplus to Arsene Wenger’s needs.

Bastia are hoping that they can complete a deal for the 31-year old veteran and the French club could face an enforced relegation as to their finances are in a mess, though it looks like they will get it sorted soon.
