Are you as tired as I am with Arsenal being linked with new midfielders? Despite having a wealth of options in the middle the Gunners seem to find themselves plastered all over the paper in regards to transfer rumours, and the story from the Daily Star reporting that Arsene Wenger is lining up a move for Bosnia international Edin Visca is no different.
Nevertheless, whether the rumours transpire or not, I am here to tell you a bit more about the player and what he can offer the Emirates side.
The 23-year-old currently plies his trade with Turkish outfit Istanbul BB and is a creative playmaker. Not only has he scored 12 goals during his 77 appearances for the club but he’s also chipped in with 18 assists, which is an impressive tally.
He is a little player with a similar frame to Santi Cazorla, and he holds a high level of ball control, again, similar to the Spaniard.
Visca is a player who finds space in and around the box and can stretch defences with his dribbling or his threaded passes. He also loves to shoot from distance, as you will realise from the clip we have provided, and has proved effective with volleys, out of the boot shots and powerful digs with his laces.
He would offer a huge amount to Wenger and his troops, but whether they need him is a different matter.
Enjoy the clip.
