With reports suggesting that Juventus are still interested in securing the services of Manchester United winger Nani, it got me thinking about whether or not David Moyes should get rid. It didn’t last very long though, as I for one don’t rate the forward and I think there are plenty of other stronger players out there who could be of greater use to United. Here’s my thinking.
Nani shows flashes of brilliance every now and again in a way that he goes past a player and strikes from distance, but his delivery is very, very poor.
His work rate is also something that needs improving on, and as we have seen with Chelsea this season wide men need to cut the mustard when it comes to tracking back. Juan Mata was flogged to United for that reason and they can’t afford two slack players on each side.
If I was David Moyes I would be looking to flog Nani, and Ashley Young while I was at it, and bring in a wide midfielder rather than an out and out winger – much in the mould of Hazard.
There are plenty of names floating about but I will leave that for another article – for now I will just say I believe United should sell Nani come the end of the season.
What do you think United fans, keep or sell?
