Mario Balotelli has left AC Milan’s training facilities ta Milanello for the last time after bidding farewell to his friends and team mates ahead of his €20m switch to English giants Liverpool.
Gianluca Di Marzio have confirmed that balotelli will undergo the medical at Melwood training complex ahead of his switch today and the player is set to earn €5.8m in wages a year and £90,000 per week whiel featuring for the Anfield outfit.
The report claims that Balotelli left in his Ferrari but he did not sign any autographs on his way out. Moreover he didn’t say anything to the journalisys and only claimed that ‘nothing was decided’ yet.
The former Manchester City will be Liverpool’s ninth summer signing as Liverpool fans can finally breathe easy after contemplating on who would fill Luis Suarez’s void up front. It would be ironic should Balotelli feature in Liverpool’s epic clash against Manchester City on Monday night, that too at the Etihad stadium where he won the Premier League trophy under the then manager Roberto Mancini.
