How Manchester United Should Line Up Against Arsenal

When Darren Bent nodded in his last gasp goal at Old Trafford this weekend, hearts around Old Trafford sank pretty heavily. United are now 16 points behind current leaders Chelsea with a game in hand over the Blues, but their game in hand comes against the club who sit just two points off the top; Arsenal. David Moyes has a chance to redeem himself, but which side should they put out to get something at the Emirates?

David De Gea is the man who I would put between the sticks for obvious reasons, and I think Rafael should keep his place at right-back.

In the centre of defence I would go for Chris Smalling, who impressed me against Fulham, and Nemanja Vidic as they are short on options right now. Patrice Evra would take my left-back spot.

Assuming they will be playing a 4-2-2-2 formation, the two central players that I would opt for are Michael Carrick and Darren Fletcher, as the latter is a player who thrives in the big games.

On the right Juan Mata gets my nod and on the other side Adnan Januzaj, with Wayne Rooney and Robin van Persie leading the line.

For me I think they have every chance of grabbing the points, but we will have to wait and see.
