Shocking! Arsenal Plot Move For £75m Superstar

Arsenal are still in the market for some new strikers, to add strength to their attack. The Gunners have been linked with a number of forwards from many major clubs across Europe, yet their interest in former Liverpool superstar Luis Suarez still doesn’t seem to have ended, according to reports. The Gunners who had previously prepared a staggering bid of around 40million and 1 pound for the striker back in 2013, are now ready to target the Uruguayan sensation at Barcelona once again, according to The Sun.

The 28 year old, who had made an impact in the Premier League last season contributed to Liverpool finishing at second place in the points table and playing in the Champions League, this season. Since his arrival at Anfield in 2011, Suarez played a total of 133 games and had a tally of 82 goals.

However, the Uruguayan has failed to reproduce this same kind of form following his £75m summer move to the Spanish giants and has scored a mere five goals in a total 16 appearances. After his biting incident at the World Cup, Suarez made a comeback to football in late October serving his ban, which had put him all over the news at that time.

Barcelona’s manager at that time Andoni Zubizarreta, the man landed Suarez in Spain is no more with the club. The 28-year-old has fallen out of favour with current manager Luis Enrique who dropped him for the recent 6-0 demolition of Elche, where his team-mates Lionel Messi, Neymar and Pedro were all on target and enjoyed a good game.

However, Gunners boss Arsene Wenger, remains keen to bring his target to the Emirates and does not want to let this change go to waste. Wenger is keen to bring Suarez to North London in order to team him up with fellow South American Alexis Sanchez, should he become available at the right price.
